Junior golf clubs: sizing by height
Updated October 11, 2026
A junior club that is too long or too heavy is hard to swing, and kids learn bad habits fighting it. That is why sizing matters more than brand.
U.S. Kids Golf sizes every set by the child's height, in 3-inch steps. Most other brands size by age range. If your child is tall or short for their age, height is the better guide. Measure in socks, standing straight.

Growing out of a set
Kids often outgrow a set within a year or two. U.S. Kids Golf runs a Trade UP program that gives credit toward the next size. A pre-owned junior set is another good way to save, since kids outgrow clubs long before they wear them out.
